The majority of sales in Long Hanborough during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £378,932. Terraced properties sold for an average of £380,333, with detached properties fetching £525,625.
Long Hanborough, with an overall average price of £411,078, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Freeland (£392,250), but was cheaper than Combe (£549,800) and Bladon (£518,750).
Overall sold prices in Long Hanborough over the last year were 4% down on the previous year and 7% down on the 2014 level of £442,789.
