Last year most property sales in Mangotsfield involved flats which sold for on average £197,919. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £230,663, while semi-detached properties fetched £251,429.
Mangotsfield, with an overall average price of £241,168, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Staple Hill (£242,996), but was more expensive than Fishponds (£217,002) and cheaper than Frenchay Common (£424,482).
During the last year, sold prices in Mangotsfield were 5% up on the previous year and 13% up on 2014 when the average house price was £213,556.
