Most of the sales in Marshalls Park over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £422,308. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £417,574 and detached properties averaged at £586,658.
Marshalls Park, with an overall average price of £426,594 was more expensive than nearby Romford (£348,699), Rise Park (£367,693) and Collier Row (£354,357).
