The majority of sales in Mayals during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £235,695. Detached properties sold for an average of £343,094, with flats fetching £159,547.
Mayals, with an overall average price of £239,545, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby West Cross (£235,779), but was cheaper than Blackpill (£274,111) and Newton (£325,016).
Overall sold prices in Mayals over the last year were 17% down on the previous year and 13% down on the 2008 level of £274,846.
