Milford Haven, with an overall average price of £125,602, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Neyland (£130,017), but was more expensive than Pembroke Dock (£115,916) and cheaper than Angle (£279,500).
Overall sold prices in Milford Haven over the last year were 7% up on the previous year and 13% down on the 2007 level of £144,506.
