New Longton, with an overall average price of £222,280, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Hutton (£221,677) and Longton (£222,000), but was more expensive than Penwortham (£183,504).
Overall sold prices in New Longton over the last year were similar to the previous year and 12% down on the 2008 level of £253,063.
