Last year most property sales in Newmillerdam involved detached properties which sold for on average £440,088. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £137,333, while semi-detached properties fetched £217,500.
Newmillerdam, with an overall average price of £365,155, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Woolley (£347,938), but was more expensive than Sandal (£242,322) and Walton (£222,767).
During the last year, sold prices in Newmillerdam were similar to the previous year and 11% up on 2012 when the average house price was £329,750.
