Last year most property sales in Nottingham involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £166,104. Detached properties sold for an average price of £281,675, while terraced properties fetched £128,030.
Nottingham, with an overall average price of £185,587 was more expensive than nearby Carrington (£161,464), but was cheaper than Lenton (£195,444) and The Park (£359,721).
During the last year, sold prices in Nottingham were 7% up on the previous year and 18% up on 2014 when the average house price was £157,244.
