Last year most property sales in Overstrand involved detached properties which sold for on average £302,500. Flats sold for an average price of £134,200, while terraced properties fetched £215,500.
Overstrand, with an overall average price of £247,870 was more expensive than nearby Cromer (£208,609) and Mundesley (£210,265), but was cheaper than West Runton (£314,250).
During the last year, sold prices in Overstrand were similar to the previous year and 4% up on 2010 when the average house price was £239,175.
