Most of the sales in Papplewick over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £274,170. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £173,852 and terraced properties averaged at £142,124.
Papplewick, with an overall average price of £230,023 was more expensive than nearby Bestwood Village (£151,559), but was cheaper than Linby (£254,912) and Ravenshead (£288,750).
In the past year house prices in Papplewick were 3% down on the year before and 13% down on 2007 when they averaged at £264,031.
