Last year most property sales in Pembroke Dock involved terraced properties which sold for on average £99,977. Detached properties sold for an average price of £194,269, while semi-detached properties fetched £111,955.
Pembroke Dock, with an overall average price of £124,999, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Neyland (£119,167), but was cheaper than Pembroke (£162,609) and Cosheston (£198,215).
During the last year, sold prices in Pembroke Dock were similar to the previous year and 14% down on 2007 when the average house price was £145,945.
