Pickworth, with an overall average price of £260,000, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Ryhall (£270,119), but was cheaper than Great Casterton (£405,000) and Essendine (£321,250).
During the last year, sold prices in Pickworth were 100% up on the previous year and 76% down on 2012 when the average house price was £1,100,000.
