Most of the sales in Ponders End over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £383,555. Flats had an average sold price of £210,931 and semi-detached properties averaged at £364,500.
Ponders End, with an overall average price of £321,792, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Brimsdown (£309,278), but was cheaper than Bushill Park (£360,128) and Fortyhill (£360,128).
In the past year house prices in Ponders End were similar to the year before and 20% up on 2015 when they averaged at £267,271.
