Last year most property sales in Portreath involved terraced properties which sold for on average £216,707. Detached properties sold for an average price of £218,333, while flats fetched £122,490.
Portreath, with an overall average price of £192,844 was more expensive than nearby Camborne (£158,949), but was cheaper than Illogan (£226,684) and Porthtowan (£271,908).
During the last year, sold prices in Portreath were 21% down on the previous year and 28% down on 2013 when the average house price was £267,450.
