Most of the sales in Rassau over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £151,500. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £81,500 and semi-detached properties averaged at £99,667.
Rassau, with an overall average price of £117,589, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Glyncoed (£118,235) and Beaufort (£122,278), but was more expensive than Garnlydan (£81,990).
In the past year house prices in Rassau were 8% up on the year before and 6% down on 2008 when they averaged at £124,883.
