Last year most property sales in Rhos-On-Sea involved detached properties which sold for on average £263,163. Flats sold for an average price of £149,483, while semi-detached properties fetched £178,721.
Rhos-On-Sea, with an overall average price of £195,219, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Rhos On Sea (£194,769) and Penrhyn Bay (£199,394), but was more expensive than Mochdre (£125,861).
During the last year, sold prices in Rhos-On-Sea were 4% up on the previous year and 4% up on 2007 when the average house price was £187,579.
