Riplingham Grange, with an overall average price of £234,100, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby South Cave (£238,575), but was more expensive than Cottingham (£197,304) and Willerby (£179,400).
Overall sold prices in Riplingham Grange over the last year were 7% up on the previous year and 29% down on the 2010 level of £330,369.
There were only 15 properties sold in the last year, therefore, the average prices may only reflect the mix of properties sold, rather than changes in the local market itself.
