Last year most property sales in Roberttown involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £146,718. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £138,676, while detached properties fetched £187,286.
Roberttown, with an overall average price of £150,039, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Liversedge (£143,691), but was more expensive than Heckmondwike (£118,164) and cheaper than Mirfield (£182,310).
During the last year, sold prices in Roberttown were 8% down on the previous year and 24% down on 2009 when the average house price was £197,956.
