The majority of sales in Rode Heath during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £152,833. Detached properties sold for an average of £229,050, with terraced properties fetching £140,750.
Rode Heath, with an overall average price of £166,054 was more expensive than nearby Kidsgrove (£134,443) and Audley (£145,182), but was cheaper than Mow Cop (£185,186).
Overall sold prices in Rode Heath over the last year were similar to the previous year and 10% down on the 2015 level of £183,977.
