Salhouse, with an overall average price of £319,872, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Wroxham (£323,260) and Hoveton (£307,662), but was more expensive than Rackheath (£248,365).
During the last year, sold prices in Salhouse were 25% up on the previous year and 19% up on 2009 when the average house price was £268,685.
