Most of the sales in Sandiway over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £349,676. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £229,038 and terraced properties averaged at £163,156.
Sandiway, with an overall average price of £263,035 was cheaper than nearby Cuddington (£280,786), Whitegate (£512,250) and Hartford (£316,484).
In the past year house prices in Sandiway were 8% down on the year before and 8% down on 2014 when they averaged at £286,141.
