Sapcote, with an overall average price of £250,781 was more expensive than nearby Stoney Stanton (£227,898), Croft (£212,750) and Broughton Astley (£232,938).
During the last year, sold prices in Sapcote were 6% up on the previous year and 28% up on 2009 when the average house price was £195,246.
