Last year most property sales in Sapcote involved detached properties which sold for on average £282,183. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £172,056, while terraced properties fetched £156,075.
Sapcote, with an overall average price of £250,658, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Broughton Astley (£245,800), but was more expensive than Stoney Stanton (£223,744) and Croft (£204,513).
During the last year, sold prices in Sapcote were 3% up on the previous year and 28% up on 2009 when the average house price was £195,246.
