Most of the sales in Saughall over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £407,870. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £216,406 and terraced properties averaged at £373,200.
Saughall, with an overall average price of £342,226 was more expensive than nearby Blacon (£139,623), Chester (£238,219) and Upton (£262,929).
In the past year house prices in Saughall were 19% up on the year before and 32% up on 2007 when they averaged at £259,065.
