The majority of sales in Saxilby during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £214,197. Terraced properties sold for an average of £124,859, with semi-detached properties fetching £147,578.
Saxilby, with an overall average price of £179,083 was more expensive than nearby Lincoln (£165,433), but was cheaper than Skellingthorpe (£211,485) and Burton Waters (£261,977).
Overall sold prices in Saxilby over the last year were similar to the previous year and similar to the 2008 level of £178,523.
