Last year most property sales in Scotter involved detached properties which sold for on average £219,115. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £153,661, while terraced properties fetched £138,400.
Scotter, with an overall average price of £198,998 was more expensive than nearby Messingham (£176,065), Kirton Lindsey (£172,139) and Bottesford (£147,994).
During the last year, sold prices in Scotter were 6% up on the previous year and 5% up on 2015 when the average house price was £190,182.
