Most of the sales in Scraptoft over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £162,056. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £150,567 and detached properties averaged at £334,793.
Scraptoft, with an overall average price of £206,804, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Thurnby (£208,376) and Hamilton (£216,096), but was more expensive than Evington (£186,988).
In the past year house prices in Scraptoft were similar to the year before and 25% up on 2014 when they averaged at £165,585.
