The majority of sales in Seaton during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £326,286. Flats sold for an average of £126,536, with terraced properties fetching £201,067.
Seaton, with an overall average price of £228,872, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Colyton (£237,741), but was cheaper than Beer (£262,573) and Branscombe (£421,000).
Overall sold prices in Seaton over the last year were 3% up on the previous year and similar to the 2007 level of £226,052.
