Last year most property sales in Seven Kings involved terraced properties which sold for on average £422,387. Flats sold for an average price of £210,610, while semi-detached properties fetched £487,815.
Seven Kings, with an overall average price of £385,604, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby The Bungalow Estate (£400,481) and Goodmayes (£370,961), but was more expensive than Woodford Bridge (£354,470).
During the last year, sold prices in Seven Kings were 10% up on the previous year and 27% up on 2014 when the average house price was £304,324.
