Last year most property sales in Shere involved detached properties which sold for on average £1,090,406. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £611,900, while terraced properties fetched £465,313.
Shere, with an overall average price of £841,019 was more expensive than nearby Gomshall (£502,361) and Ewhurst (£586,617), but was cheaper than Peaslake (£908,357).
During the last year, sold prices in Shere were 10% down on the previous year and 10% up on 2011 when the average house price was £765,513.
