Most of the sales in Southmoor over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £470,715. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £335,940 and terraced properties averaged at £328,213.
Southmoor, with an overall average price of £414,682 was more expensive than nearby Marcham (£358,409), but was cheaper than Appleton (£555,163) and Standlake (£488,393).
In the past year house prices in Southmoor were 7% down on the year before and 4% up on 2010 when they averaged at £398,842.
