Most of the sales in Southmoor over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £519,133. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £351,055 and flats averaged at £263,333.
Southmoor, with an overall average price of £449,210, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Standlake (£468,587), but was more expensive than Marcham (£364,600) and cheaper than Appleton (£518,496).
In the past year house prices in Southmoor were 3% up on the year before and 13% up on 2010 when they averaged at £398,842.
