The majority of sales in St. Davids during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £302,586. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £212,800, with terraced properties fetching £362,333.
St. Davids, with an overall average price of £272,245, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Solva (£271,055) and Broad Haven (£259,786), but was cheaper than Newgale (£366,250).
Overall sold prices in St. Davids over the last year were 18% up on the previous year and similar to the 2012 level of £266,652.
