Most of the sales in Stanmore over the past year were flats which on average sold for £405,083. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £614,203 and detached properties averaged at £1,233,964.
Stanmore, with an overall average price of £625,254 was more expensive than nearby Great Stanmore (£585,436), Belmont (£474,119) and Canons Park (£506,601).
In the past year house prices in Stanmore were similar to the year before and 6% up on 2014 when they averaged at £591,810.
