Most of the sales in Stanton over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £325,900. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £233,500 and terraced properties averaged at £170,125.
Stanton, with an overall average price of £272,000, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Walsham-Le-Willows (£271,725), but was cheaper than Ixworth (£314,338) and Thurston (£321,557).
In the past year house prices in Stanton were 20% up on the year before and 24% up on 2015 when they averaged at £219,006.
