Most of the sales in Sturry over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £251,907. Detached properties had an average sold price of £399,267 and terraced properties averaged at £253,889.
Sturry, with an overall average price of £286,898, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Canterbury (£295,340) and Herne Bay (£280,204), but was cheaper than Blean (£385,182).
In the past year house prices in Sturry were 25% up on the year before and 42% up on 2013 when they averaged at £202,053.
