Most of the sales in Sutton Courtenay over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £476,485. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £372,044 and semi-detached properties averaged at £369,271.
Sutton Courtenay, with an overall average price of £433,683, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Drayton (£450,500), but was more expensive than Appleford (£392,500) and Abingdon (£314,085).
In the past year house prices in Sutton Courtenay were 9% up on the year before and 11% down on 2008 when they averaged at £489,000.
