Most of the sales in Sutton Courtenay over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £518,631. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £359,346 and semi-detached properties averaged at £346,375.
Sutton Courtenay, with an overall average price of £449,100, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Appleford (£464,625), but was more expensive than Drayton (£415,765) and Abingdon (£331,144).
In the past year house prices in Sutton Courtenay were 7% up on the year before and 8% down on 2008 when they averaged at £489,000.
