Sutton Veny, with an overall average price of £364,450 was more expensive than nearby Warminster (£216,169), but was cheaper than Heytesbury (£386,875) and Crockerton (£453,333).
In the past year house prices in Sutton Veny were 7% down on the year before and 19% down on 2005 when they averaged at £447,667.
