Last year most property sales in Swanmore involved detached properties which sold for on average £520,227. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £380,000, while terraced properties fetched £233,167.
Swanmore, with an overall average price of £466,639 was more expensive than nearby Waltham Chase (£367,241) and Bishops Waltham (£378,975), but was cheaper than Soberton (£592,195).
During the last year, sold prices in Swanmore were similar to the previous year and 5% up on 2014 when the average house price was £442,753.
