The majority of sales in Taplow during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £351,576. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £492,720, with terraced properties fetching £411,344.
Taplow, with an overall average price of £479,732 was more expensive than nearby Burnham (£421,474), but was cheaper than Farnham Common (£834,457) and Bourne End (£550,958).
Overall sold prices in Taplow over the last year were 15% up on the previous year and 10% up on the 2014 level of £434,524.
