Most of the sales in Thorney over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £181,867. Detached properties had an average sold price of £252,271 and terraced properties averaged at £147,999.
Thorney, with an overall average price of £196,451, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Whittlesey (£192,074) and Newborough (£192,365), but was cheaper than Eye (£210,531).
In the past year house prices in Thorney were 17% up on the year before and 12% down on 2011 when they averaged at £224,125.
