Most of the sales in Three Crosses over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £356,875. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £236,500 and terraced properties averaged at £68,000.
Three Crosses, with an overall average price of £253,889 was more expensive than nearby Dunvant (£170,902), Gowerton (£170,529) and Penclawdd (£166,550).
In the past year house prices in Three Crosses were 15% up on the year before and 32% down on 2008 when they averaged at £371,795.
