The majority of sales in Thurnby during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £303,127. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £215,830, with terraced properties fetching £132,971.
Thurnby, with an overall average price of £235,740, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Hamilton (£233,062), but was more expensive than Scraptoft (£190,157) and Evington (£207,205).
Overall sold prices in Thurnby over the last year were 13% up on the previous year and 4% up on the 2009 level of £227,017.
