The majority of sales in Thurnby during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £240,056. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £165,080, with terraced properties fetching £136,850.
Thurnby, with an overall average price of £196,962, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Evington (£187,234) and Hamilton (£191,968), but was cheaper than Scraptoft (£214,005).
Overall sold prices in Thurnby over the last year were similar to the previous year and 13% down on the 2009 level of £226,775.
