Last year most property sales in Upholland involved detached properties which sold for on average £251,061. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £169,652, while terraced properties fetched £130,718.
Upholland, with an overall average price of £201,763 was more expensive than nearby Skelmersdale (£121,158), but was cheaper than Parbold (£272,735) and Lathom (£229,322).
During the last year, sold prices in Upholland were similar to the previous year and similar to 2008 when the average house price was £204,929.
