The majority of sales in Upton-Upon-Severn during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £329,886. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £300,750, with terraced properties fetching £183,823.
Upton-Upon-Severn, with an overall average price of £273,357, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Malvern (£267,009) and Kempsey (£271,412), but was cheaper than Bredon (£306,529).
Overall sold prices in Upton-Upon-Severn over the last year were 17% up on the previous year and 4% up on the 2010 level of £262,657.
