Last year most property sales in Wall Heath involved detached properties which sold for on average £321,475. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £202,143, while terraced properties fetched £175,882.
Wall Heath, with an overall average price of £238,626, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Wombourne (£239,071) and Bobbington (£242,350), but was more expensive than Penn (£188,874).
During the last year, sold prices in Wall Heath were 20% up on the previous year and 14% up on 2015 when the average house price was £210,065.
