The majority of sales in Wargrave during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £888,733. Terraced properties sold for an average of £535,688, with semi-detached properties fetching £636,875.
Wargrave, with an overall average price of £700,423 was more expensive than nearby Twyford (£501,044) and Charvil (£580,620), but was cheaper than Sonning (£864,640).
