The majority of sales in Wellesbourne during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £386,507. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £250,117, with terraced properties fetching £201,353.
Wellesbourne, with an overall average price of £318,614 was more expensive than nearby Ettington (£297,941), but was cheaper than Barford (£409,721) and Snitterfield (£466,430).
