Most of the sales in Wexham over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £373,229. Flats had an average sold price of £238,411 and semi-detached properties averaged at £414,607.
Wexham, with an overall average price of £372,227 was more expensive than nearby Slough (£325,851), but was cheaper than Fulmer (£969,944) and Langley (£411,022).
In the past year house prices in Wexham were 38% up on the year before and 42% up on 2007 when they averaged at £261,730.
