Last year most property sales in Whitefield involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £177,536. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £125,829, while detached properties fetched £330,361.
Whitefield, with an overall average price of £183,057, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Unsworth (£175,335), but was more expensive than Radcliffe (£132,667) and cheaper than Prestwich (£193,830).
During the last year, sold prices in Whitefield were similar to the previous year and similar to 2010 when the average house price was £180,290.
