Most of the sales in Winchmore Hill over the past year were flats which on average sold for £371,382. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £803,333 and terraced properties averaged at £568,200.
Winchmore Hill, with an overall average price of £632,168 was more expensive than nearby Bush Hill Park (£424,385) and Oakwood (£582,469), but was cheaper than Grange Park (£838,775).
In the past year house prices in Winchmore Hill were 9% up on the year before and 21% up on 2014 when they averaged at £523,403.
