Most of the sales in Woodchurch over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £467,458. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £265,563 and semi-detached properties averaged at £324,250.
Woodchurch, with an overall average price of £385,298 was more expensive than nearby Hamstreet (£329,623), but was cheaper than Tenterden (£413,040) and Smarden (£455,049).
In the past year house prices in Woodchurch were 18% down on the year before and 11% down on 2015 when they averaged at £434,587.
