Most of the sales in Woodchurch over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £571,176. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £410,000 and terraced properties averaged at £167,000.
Woodchurch, with an overall average price of £470,081 was more expensive than nearby Tenterden (£422,275) and Hamstreet (£278,667), but was cheaper than Smarden (£552,500).
In the past year house prices in Woodchurch were 12% up on the year before and 16% up on 2010 when they averaged at £403,735.
